Salary: £100 - £130 per day
Are you confident managing a classroom and delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects? Do you have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage secondary school students? Are you looking for flexible work as a Cover Supervisor in a supportive secondary school setting?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of mainstream secondary schools across the North East. These schools are known for their supportive leadership teams, positive learning environments, and commitment to student progress and behaviour standards.
We are looking to recruit a dedicated Cover Supervisor on a long term, short term, permanent, or part time basis. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain on task across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
- Experience working in a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to deliver pre-set lessons confidently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- A can-do attitude and willingness to support students
