We are working with a secondary school in Hereford who are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team immediately.
The Role:
Supervising classes during teacher absences
Ensuring pupils remain on task with pre-prepared work
Managing behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting the wider school community as needed
Requirements:
Must have previous experience working in UK secondary schools as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant (applications without this will not be considered)
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
