Are you seeking a flexible role within education? If you have classroom experience and the confidence to lead a class, we want to hear from you. We are currently recruiting skilled and dependable Cover Supervisors to support local secondary schools on a flexible, short-term, and long-term basis.
About the Role
- Manage classrooms during teacher absences
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure lesson objectives are met
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Record attendance and report any concerns
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confidence in leading a class independently
- A working knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- A flexible and adaptable approach to covering various subjects
- Availability during standard school hours (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
