Familiarise Yourself with the Curriculum

During the interview, focus on building a connection with your interviewers. Use their names, maintain eye contact, and show enthusiasm for the role. This reflects your ability to build positive relationships with students and staff, which is crucial for a Cover Supervisor.

Have a few thoughtful questions prepared to ask at the end of the interview. This could be about the school's approach to behaviour management or how they support their Cover Supervisors. It shows that you’re genuinely interested in the position and eager to contribute.
