Role Overview

The school seeks a dedicated Secondary Cover Supervisor who demonstrates strong behaviour management skills alongside a creative and nurturing approach. You will collaborate with a forward-thinking team to deliver a unique and innovative curriculum. High standards and a passion for fostering a love of learning in all pupils are essential.

Key Requirements

Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential).
PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales framework and expectations.
Understanding of planning and assessment requirements.
