TeacherActive presents the wonderful opportunity to be working as a Secondary Cover Teacher for some of the most prestigious secondary schools based in County Durham.
We can offer day to day, long-term and permanent roles. The role of Cover Supervisor doesn’t include planning or preparation and no subject knowledge is necessary. However, strong communication and classroom management are a must. TeacherActive provides in-house free CPD training with tips and tricks to support your learning goals!
The successful Secondary Cover Supervisor will have:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a good level of classroom behaviour management.
- Supervise and support students during lessons.
- The ability to cover a variety of different subjects.
