We are looking for passionate and dedicated 1-2-1 SEND Tutors to join our team in Warwick. If you have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and are committed to helping students achieve their full potential, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing personalized 1-2-1 tutoring to SEND students in Warwick, both in-person and possibly online.
  • Tailoring lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each student with SEND.
  • Supporting students in a range of subjects, including Maths, English, Science, and more, with a focus on academic progress and confidence building.
  • Working closely with students to foster independence and develop their learning skills.
  • Tracking student progress and providing regular feedback to students and their families.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with SEND students in a 1-2-1 or small group setting.
  • A strong background in Maths, English, Science, or any other relevant subject.
  • A deep understanding of SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning disabilities.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the unique learning needs of each student.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students.
  • A DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
  • A passion for helping SEND students succeed academically and emotionally.
