Are you a passionate and nurturing Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for your next exciting opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery / Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Coventry from September 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting children within the Nursery / Early Years setting
- Assisting with engaging learning activities and play-based learning
- Working closely with class teachers and the wider school team
- Helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Childcare or relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification that meets the requirements of the Government’s Early Years qualification checker
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working within an Early Years setting is desirable
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
