Are you a passionate and nurturing Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for your next exciting opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery / Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Coventry from September 2026.

The Role:
  • Supporting children within the Nursery / Early Years setting
  • Assisting with engaging learning activities and play-based learning
  • Working closely with class teachers and the wider school team
  • Helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Childcare or relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification that meets the requirements of the Government’s Early Years qualification checker
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience working within an Early Years setting is desirable
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
