Supply teaching offers the unique benefit of flexibility, allowing you to choose your days of work while still being part of a supportive network of schools. This role offers variety, providing you with the chance to teach across different schools and classes, gaining invaluable experience.
The successful Supply Teacher will have:
- QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students (or a strong desire to teach KS2)
- Excellent classroom management and the ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
- A positive and flexible attitude towards work
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality education and supporting pupils’ learning
