The nursery promotes a child-centred approach to learning, creating engaging experiences that encourage confidence, independence and development across all areas of the Early Years curriculum.

The nursery is looking to appoint a dedicated Nursery Practitioner on a temporary basis, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions for the right Nursery Practitioner. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across all nursery age ranges, helping to create a safe, stimulating environment while building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Flexibility is highly valued, with opportunities to work across different rooms and age groups.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (desirable)
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
  • Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • A caring and nurturing approach to supporting children's development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and a positive 'can-do' attitude
