The College is looking to appoint a permanent, full-time Electrical Lecturer to join their Building Services, Technical & Professional Faculty from September 2026. The successful Electrical Lecturer will deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons to full-time, part-time and short course learners, act as a course tutor, contribute to curriculum development, support student progress and uphold high standards of teaching, safeguarding and health and safety throughout the College.

The successful Electrical Lecturer will have:

• A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
• Relevant industry qualifications in Electrical Installation or a related discipline
• Previous experience within the Electrical industry and/or Further Education teaching
• Excellent communication, organisation and classroom management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion
• A positive, professional and collaborative approach to supporting learners

In return for the above you can expect to receive:

• A permanent, full-time position with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
