The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Encourage student engagement and support learning throughout the lesson.
- Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following each lesson.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring or youth work setting.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Confidence working independently with students aged 11-16.
- A calm, professional and adaptable approach.
- A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed.
