TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream Primary School based in Consett, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher. The school has a warm and inclusive ethos, creating a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

The school is looking to take on a motivated Primary Teacher on a long-term basis. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to work across all Primary year groups, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning. The Senior Leadership Team are supportive and committed to the development of all staff members.

Qualifications:

  • QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
  • Experience teaching within UK Primary Schools
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
