This school provides a welcoming and inclusive learning environment, with a strong focus on academic achievement, student wellbeing, and high-quality teaching. The Senior Leadership Team are committed to supporting staff development and creating a positive working atmosphere for both students and teachers.
The school is looking to take on a driven Computer Science Teacher on a temp to perm basis. The successful Computer Science Teacher will be responsible for teaching Computing, ICT and Computer Science across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, delivering engaging lessons while maintaining excellent classroom management. The role will involve planning and marking responsibilities, supporting students of varying abilities, and contributing positively to the wider school community.
The successful Computer Science Teacher will have:
- QTS with a Computer Science, Computing or ICT specialism
- Experience teaching Computer Science, Computing and ICT up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
- The ability to motivate and inspire secondary aged students
