At TeacherActive, we’re on the lookout for a Compliance Administrator to join our team. You\’ll be instrumental in ensuring every candidate we place meets the highest safeguarding and vetting standards, making a real difference in the lives of educators and learners. The Role: Compliance Administrator In this vital role, you’ll own the compliance journey for your own group of candidates from initial audit through to full clearance. Your work ensures our schools receive fully vetted, high-quality professionals they can trust. What you’ll be doing: Managing your own portfolio of candidates through the full compliance lifecycle Verifying ID, Right to Work, references, DBS checks, and identifying CV gaps Conducting annual audits and ongoing eligibility reviews Working closely with branch teams to ensure fast, accurate registrations Making outbound calls to chase documentation and references Maintaining standards in line with REC, Department for Education, and internal policies Meeting daily KPIs and compliance targets Performing Payroll administration duties from time to time including: Timesheet Administration Identifying and querying discrepancies with timesheets Answering phone and email queries from candidates and internal stakeholders What We’re Looking For: You’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a sharp eye for detail – keeping safeguarding at the heart of everything you do.
