Teacher Active is recruiting an Outreach, Engagement and Intervention Worker to support secondary schools across Mid and North East Essex.
The role involves delivering tailored one-to-one and small group interventions, building relationships with pupils and staff, and travelling across Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester and Tendring.
Starting immediately on a full-time, term-time basis, the role begins with a 12-week temporary placement before transferring to the Trust until 31 August 2028.
