Teacher Active is working with a fantastic Alternative Provision in Colchester to recruit an Associate Assistant Headteacher - Behaviour, Attendance & Culture (DDSL).
The role leads on behaviour, attendance and school culture, supporting SEMH needs and EBSA, with a focus on securing the best outcomes for vulnerable pupils.
You will work alongside the senior leadership team to drive school improvement, champion inclusive practice and build strong relationships with families and external agencies.
