We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and welcoming school in Hayes.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold previous experience working as a HLTA (essential)
- Be confident supporting whole-class learning, small groups, and individual pupils
- Be able to commute reliably to Hayes and arrive for an 8:00am start
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil progress
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Support teaching and learning across the curriculum
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
