We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and welcoming school in Hayes.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold previous experience working as a HLTA (essential)
  • Be confident supporting whole-class learning, small groups, and individual pupils
  • Be able to commute reliably to Hayes and arrive for an 8:00am start
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills
  • Be flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil progress

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Support teaching and learning across the curriculum
