TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to work within nurseries and Early Years settings across Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for dedicated practitioners who are passionate about providing children with a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where they can learn, develop and thrive.
The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's development during their early years.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children
Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
Supporting children's social, emotional, physical and educational development
Working in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Observing and monitoring children's progress and development
Contributing to children's learning records and development plans
Supporting children's individual routines and needs
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you should:
Hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification
Have previous experience working within a nursery xgikmsk or Early Years setting
Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
Be caring, patient, enthusiastic and reliable
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Be confident supporting children's individual learning and development
Be able to build positive relationships with children and families
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
