Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a new role? We are currently working with excellent SEND schools across Chesterfield to find teaching assistants to join them on day-to-day supply or long-term roles. No two SEND schools are the same, and we need great staff who can work across all our SEND schools and have extensive experience working with children with a variation of special educational needs and disabilities.

In order to be a successful SEND TA you must:

  • Have previous relevant experience working with children with SEND
  • Be kind, patient and understanding
  • Have great communication skills
  • Have compassion and empathy
