TeacherActive is proud to be working with a SEMH School in Chesterfield who is looking for a full-time Science teacher to join them on a temp to perm basis to start in September 2026 (earlier start is negotiable).
In this role you will be expected to:
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that engage the students.
- Create a positive learning environment that supports children and young people's educational and personal growth.
- Contribute to an environment where pupils and staff experience a positive and enriching school life.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in teaching Science as a specialism.
- A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
