Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Learning Support Assistant? We are currently working with excellent SEND schools across Leicester to find teaching assistants to join them on day-to-day supply or long-term roles. No two SEND schools are the same, and we need great staff who can work across all our SEND schools and have extensive experience working with children with a variation of special educational needs and disabilities. This role will require personal care. You do not need to have previous experience with this as you can be trained, but you must be comfortable doing this.

In order to be a successful SEND TA you must:

  • Have previous relevant experience working with children with SEND
  • Be kind, patient and understanding
  • Have great communication skills
  • Have compassion and empathy
