TeacherActive are recruiting Welsh-Speaking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in schools across the Carmarthen area. Successful candidates will need to be adaptable, reliable, and confident supporting pupils in a variety of classroom environments.
- What We're Looking For:
- Fluent Welsh speaker – essential
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Experience supporting pupils with ALN is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
