Overview
TeacherActive is partnering with a Welsh Medium Primary School in Cardiff to appoint a qualified primary school teacher who can support children’s learning through the medium of Welsh. The setting is largely populated and values fostering an environment that develops creativity and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Teach classes across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in planning and developing high‑quality lessons.
- Work with students aged 5‑11 years.
- Implement the Curriculum for Wales.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children across the primary phase (5‑11 yrs).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Fluency in Welsh.
- Excellent classroom management.
- Strong knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales.
