TeacherActive is proud to be working with Welsh speaking Early Years settings across Cardiff who require additional support from a Welsh Speaking Nursery Practitioner. The settings provide welcoming and engaging environments where children are encouraged to learn, develop and build confidence through play.


We are looking for a Welsh Speaking Nursery Practitioner to work on a part-time, day-to-day basis from September, supporting children across a range of Early Years settings. The successful Welsh Speaking Nursery Practitioner will be expected to support children's learning and development, follow individual setting routines and provide a safe, positive environment for the children in their care.


The successful Welsh Speaking Nursery Practitioner will have:



  • The ability to communicate confidently through the medium of Welsh

  • Experience working with children within an Early Years or nursery setting

  • Knowledge of supporting children's learning and development

  • A positive and enthusiastic approach

  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different Early Years settings

  • A reliable and professional attitude
