We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work on a flexible supply basis from September. This role is ideal for students currently studying a PGCE or BSc in Education who are looking to gain hands-on experience across a variety of schools while working around their university timetable and developing their classroom skills.
The successful Supply Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will have:
- Be currently studying a PGCE, BSc in Primary Education or a related education qualification
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare or voluntary setting is essential.
- A positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to adapt confidently to different schools, classrooms and age groups
- A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential
