We are looking for a Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a supportive early years setting in Cardiff.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day running of the nursery
- Support staff development and performance
- Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and safeguarding procedures
- Maintain high standards of care and education throughout the setting
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or senior nursery leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent organisational, leadership, communication and team management skills
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
