The school is looking to take on a full-time Administrator with an immediate start available. The successful Administrator will play a key role within the school office, supporting the day-to-day running of administrative processes, communicating with parents and pupils, maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service within a fast-paced and sometimes challenging school setting.
The successful Administrator will have:
- Previous school administration experience
- Experience using school management systems such as SIMS is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence when liaising with parents, pupils and external agencies
- A professional, adaptable and proactive approach
