We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants / LSA's who are passionate about supporting high-quality learning and making a meaningful impact on pupils’ development. The ideal Learning Support Assistant / LSA will be able to:
- Support the delivery of engaging and well-structured lessons alongside the class teacher
- Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups
- Support children with Special Educational Needs / SEN within a mainstream classroom
- Adapt support strategies to meet the needs, abilities and learning styles of pupils
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations for learning and progress
- Help pupils to build confidence, independence and resilience
- Build positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Contribute positively to a values-led school community
