Salary: Β£15βΒ£18 per hour, dependent on experience
We are excited to partner with nursery settings across Camden to recruit passionate Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 and 3) professionals. The role offers flexible day-to-day work, part-time or full-time hours across various settings, allowing you to match your availability and career goals.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support children's development through engaging activities, imaginative play, outdoor exploration, creative learning and positive daily routines. You will work within nurturing and stimulating environments that encourage confidence, curiosity, and reaching developmental milestones.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- Passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development
- Experience or exposure within an EYFS/nursery environment (preferred but not essential)
- Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Caring, patient, enthusiastic and positive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Paediatric First Aid (preferred but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one (preferred but not essential)
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
