A Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant is needed for an outstanding primary school based in Blaenau Gwent. The role involves working with nursery-aged pupils and will start in September until the foreseeable future. The school seeks a candidate who has passion, drive, and experience in this field.
Candidate Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months’ experience in an educational establishment
- A calm, patient, and caring personality
- Good communication skills
- A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Experience in supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide at least 2 references.
