We are looking to take on a proactive Teaching Assistant on a long‑term basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The successful Teaching Assistant will support teachers across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), working with individuals and small groups to help maintain engagement, support learning and manage classroom behaviour.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to support students with varying abilities
- A patient, flexible and proactive approach
- Good behaviour management skills
