The Head Teacher is looking to appoint a driven and enthusiastic NQT / ECT English Teacher on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. As an English Teacher, you will:
- Teach English across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
- Support pupils with GCSE English exam preparation
- Plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons
- Follow and implement the school’s schemes of learning
- Develop effective classroom and behaviour management skills with support from experienced staff
The successful English Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with an English specialism (NQTs / ECTs are strongly encouraged to apply)
