The successful lecturer will deliver engaging and high‑quality lessons that inspire students to progress to higher levels of study. They will follow and implement established schemes of learning and support learners to achieve excellent outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- A first class or 2:1 degree in Business
- QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment
- Experience teaching young people in a diverse setting
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
