TeacherActive are proud to be recruiting for an experienced Business & Operations Support Manager to join a well-established Music Service in Redbridge. This is a varied role supporting the financial, billing, administrative and operational functions of the service.
The successful Business & Operations Support Manager will have:
- Experience in business administration or operations
- Experience with budgets, invoices and financial processes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Agresso, SpeedAdmin or DFC would be advantageous.
The role involves supporting busy periods throughout the academic year, so flexibility and a proactive approach are important.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing invoicing, payments and financial administration
- Supporting budgets and reconciliations
- Managing billing and Direct Debit processes
- Supporting academic year rollover and system updates
- Supervising administrative staff and supporting day-to-day operations
