Are you a passionate and dynamic English Teacher ready to inspire the next generation? We are working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Stockport to recruit a talented English Teacher to join their team immediately. This is a full-time role teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering General English. The post is initially until Easter, with potential for extension or a permanent opportunity.
The successful candidate will:
- Have QTS or equivalent and a specialism in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or General Science)
- Be able to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum and student outcomes
