About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant / Sports Coach, you will work closely with teachers and students across various schools in Mildenhall, providing support both academically and through sports-based activities. Your role will be to encourage student engagement, promote physical well-being, and help create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the classroom teacher with lesson delivery and student supervision
- Assisting students with their learning, particularly in PE and sports-related activities
- Organising and coaching sports sessions and extracurricular activities
- Encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence among students
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers
- Promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all students
