About the Role
We are seeking confident and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a variety of primary schools across Liverpool during the Y6 SATS periods. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about education, highly flexible, and have strong behaviour management skills.
As a supply teacher, you will be able to step into different classroom environments, quickly establish expectations, and deliver engaging lessons that maintain continuity of learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS to KS2, ensuring learning objectives are met.
- Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management, creating a calm and productive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different age groups, abilities, and school settings.
- Follow school policies and routines, including safeguarding and behaviour procedures.
- Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each assignment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching across primary year groups (EYFS KS2).
- Proven ability to manage behaviour effectively and confidently.
- Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to quickly build rapport with pupils.
