Are you a qualified PE Teacher with a passion for inspiring students through physical education? Do you have experience teaching PE across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4? Are you confident delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons while maintaining excellent classroom management?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with an ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED rated secondary school based in Salford. The school provides a positive and supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to develop their confidence, skills and enthusiasm for learning.
The school is looking to take on a PE Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis from October. The successful PE Teacher will teach across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, delivering engaging PE lessons while supporting students to develop their skills, participation and understanding of physical education.
The successful PE Teacher will have:
- QTS with a PE specialism (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
- Experience teaching PE across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
- Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
