Are you an experienced Learning Support Worker with a passion for supporting students with additional needs? Do you have experience working with students with autism and challenging behaviours? Responsibilities
- Support students with SEND across the school, delivering targeted interventions
- Provide classroom support while working independently and as part of the wider faculty team
- Work 32.5 hours per week during term time plus 5 additional days on a fixed‑term contract until 31/08/2025
Qualifications
- Experience supporting children and young people with SEND
- Team Teach training is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students
