The successful ECT / Newly Qualified Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils of mixed abilities, promoting positive behaviour and helping children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. This role would suit a committed and enthusiastic PGCE graduate or ECT who is passionate about Primary education, keen to keep developing professionally and looking for support as they transition from training into the classroom.
The successful ECT / Newly Qualified Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status, or be due to complete QTS this summer
- A PGCE or equivalent teacher training qualification
- A genuine passion for Primary education
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- The ability to adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs
- A positive, caring and flexible approach
- A willingness to learn, reflect and develop as a teacher
