TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Mid Powys that has a dedicated specialist support class. The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment, with a strong focus on supporting pupils with additional needs and promoting positive outcomes for all learners.
We are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher on a day to day supply basis, working within a specialist support class across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons, support pupils with additional learning needs, and maintain a structured and positive classroom environment.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
- QTS (NQTs are encouraged to apply)
- Experience working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs (ALN)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A patient, adaptable and proactive approach
