Do you have experience supporting children in the classroom? Are you passionate about helping learners thrive academically and emotionally? Looking for a flexible role where every day makes a real difference? TeacherActive is recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across Telford and Shropshire, supporting learners in both mainstream and alternative settings. You’ll be working alongside teachers to provide 1:1 and small‑group support, helping pupils stay engaged, motivated, and progressing.

The Successful Teaching Assistant Will Have:
- Experience supporting pupils in a school or educational setting
- A proactive, positive and nurturing approach
