The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)
  • Have at least 6 months’ experience teaching in a UK Secondary School (essential)
  • Be a committed and engaging classroom practitioner with high expectations for pupils
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management and adaptability across different age groups and abilities
  • Be open to new ideas, flexible, and a great team player
