The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
The successful Primary SEND LSA will have:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not required
- Experience supporting children with SEND and complex needs
- Experience working with primary-aged children across KS1 and/or KS2
- Confidence providing individualised support to meet pupils' needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
