The school is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant on a long‑term basis, starting immediately. The successful SEN Learning Support Assistant will be working within a primary setting, supporting children with a range of additional needs, including ASD and SEMH, on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping to promote engagement and positive behaviour.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience supporting children with SEN, including ASD and SEMH
- Experience working within a primary school setting
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A patient, caring and adaptable approach
