£90 – £110 per day (DOE)
We are currently seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Shropshire.
The Role:
- Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
- Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting pupils with their learning where appropriate
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people or in a school setting (preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
Pay: £90 – £110 per day, depending on experience
