TeacherActive is proud to be working with a supportive and well-renowned Secondary School based in East Birmingham. The school has a positive culture and is looking for a Teacher of Humanities who can make a real impact across the curriculum. The school is looking to take on a full-time Teacher of Humanities on a long-term basis from September 2026.
The successful Teacher of Humanities will be responsible for full teaching duties across KS3 and KS4, including planning, preparation, marking and delivering high-quality lessons.
Qualifications
- QTS with a Humanities specialism
- Experience teaching RE or History across KS3 and KS4
- Strong planning and preparation skills
- Excellent classroom management
- A confident and engaging teaching style
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and strong communication skills
