About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sports Lecturer with expertise in Anatomy and Physiology to join our college teaching team in Longbridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports science and experience teaching learners in a further education or higher education setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in anatomy and related sports science topics
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials
- Support and guide students to achieve their academic and personal goals
- Contribute to the development of the sports curriculum and learning resources
Requirements:
- A degree in Sports Science, Anatomy, or a related field
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience teaching or tutoring in further or higher education
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A passion for inspiring students in the field of sport and human performance
